IT Legal Experts

Our IT legal Experts offer ultra-low cost contracts and trusted advice to protect the way you do business.

If you buy a contract template online from AIIA.biz you will be presented with a questionnaire (which you can save and come back to later) which allows you to customise the contract template to reflect the needs of your business by answering the questions.

Then, the IT legal Experts that provided the contract template will provide you with up to one hours free legal advice to ensure that the contract meets your needs and is legally enforceable for your requirements.

In most cases this process will save you between 2 and 5 hours of a lawyers time—that’s a $500–$2000 saving—in understanding your business requirements and preparing a draft contract.

Even if the contract is unable to be finalised with you within the one hours free consultation time, any subsequent work will be charged to you AIIA Members at an AIIA Member discount rate at least 10% less than the lawyers usual charge rate—and you still will have saved the initial 2 to 5 hours initial costs.

Our legal Experts also all commit to NOT charging you annoying disbursements for any on-going work: no paying for the lawyers time to sit in a cab to come and visit your office nor ridiculous photocopying bills.
