RATES
Pym's Technology Lawyers offer a minimum 10% discount on our legal services to AIIA members. For example:
Standard Blended Hourly Rate: $440 + GST
AIIA Member Blended Rate: $395 + GST (i.e. >10% discount)
Blended Rate means the rate for legal advice regardless of the level of the solicitor providing the advice. Blended rates apply for the completion of contract templates for software business, hardware business, consulting and development, hosting business, confidentiality and teaming (after the free hour's advice). Other contract templates will be completed using hourly rates specific to each lawyer (after the free hour's advice). These hourly rates, including a 10% discount for AIIA members, are set out in the costs agreement, which you will be given the opportunity to review and agree to prior to purchasing any contract template.
