Master Hardware Sale Agreement

This is the best Online Contract Template when you want an agreement that does the following things:

• As a Master Agreement it enables you to sign the agreement with the customer once.  On each occasion the customer buys more hardware, a Schedule is signed.  This is ideal where you are selling hardware products on multiple occasions to the same customer.
• You want the option to also provide consumables to the customer.
• You want the option to provide installation or training services to the customer.
• You want the option to provide software to the customer.  This software can either be your own software or software that is supplied by a third party (e.g. Microsoft Office).  Of course, if you are providing third party products you will need to have a right to distribute those products and comply with the terms of the distribution agreement.  This agreement is suitable where the ICT supplier is the original manufacturer of the hardware product or is distributing, as a genuine independent distributor, the hardware and/or software from an original equipment manufacturer. Obviously, in this case, it will be necessary to ensure that the terms and conditions of the agreement with the customer is drafted so that the ICT supplier can comply with the terms of the distribution agreement.
• If the ICT supplier is correcting any faults in the hardware through a warranty service only, then this is the right Online Contract Template. However, if the ICT supplier is providing more comprehensive maintenance services then you should use the Master Hardware Sale & Maintenance Services Agreement.
