Master Support Agreement

This agreement is particularly suitable where the software supplier has already licensed software to the customer, or the customer has acquired software licences from another source (another distributor or maybe open source software) and the supplier is providing support services to the customer. As a master agreement it is particularly suitable where the supplier is providing support to multiple products to the same customer.
