Mutual Confidentiality Agreement

This is the contract to use if both parties are exchanging information with each other and both parties information requires protecting.  If the information of only one party requires protection, choose the One Way Confidentiality Agreement instead.

Note: If the transaction which is being contemplated is the purchase or sale of a business or other assets of a business, then a more appropriate Online Contract Template from which to start is the Confidentiality Agreement for Buying/Selling a Business.
