Master Perpetual Software Licence & Support Agreement

This is the best Online Contract Template when you want a contract that covers the following things:

• As a master contract it enables you to sign the contract with the customer once and then on each occasion that the customer buys some software or support an Order Form is signed.  This is ideal where you are selling software products and support on multiple occasions to the same customer.
• You are providing your software on a perpetual basis for a once off fee (even if the fee is actually paid in instalments).
• As an option, you offer customers a trial or evaluation licence.
• You provide the software either through the physical delivery of the software on specified media or it is downloaded via the web.
• The software is loaded on hardware at the customer’s site.

Note that if you are intending on providing your software on a periodic basis (such as for on-going annual payments), you should use the Master Periodic Software Licence & Support Agreement.
