Senior Employee Employment Agreement

This is an Employment Agreement for employees who will hold senior, middle management, management or executive positions within a Corporation.

NB. The provisions in this Agreement will alter on 1 July 2009 and again on 1 January 2010 when the Federal Government proposes to enact the new Minimum Employment Standards.

HOWEVER, if you wish to employ a staff member in Victoria this Employment Agreement may not be suitable, specifically if the position falls within the Information Technology Industry (Professional Employees) Award 2001, please use the Full Time Employment Agreement (Victoria/Award Covered Only) instead.
