Full Time Employment (Victoria/Award Covered Only)

This Agreement is suitable if you are a Corporation wishing to employ a staff member on a permanent full time basis in Victoria, and/or who has their minimum terms and conditions prescribed by the Information Technology Industry (Professional Employees) Award 2001.

NB. The provisions in this Agreement will alter on 1 July 2009 and again on 1 January 2010 when the Federal Government proposes to enact the new Minimum Employment Standards.

If you wish to employ a staff member on a full time basis who is not covered by the Information Technology Industry (Professional Employees) Award 2001 and/or not engaged in Victoria, please use the Senior Employee Agreement or the Junior Full Time Employment Agreement instead.
